Econo Lodge Airport

The room was clean, but they put the towels over the toilet and the toilet did not have a lid on it so when you flush the toilet the spray could go up get up on the towels, when you pull the tile down from holder the towel could accidentally fall in the toilet . There was supposed to be a continental breakfast but there was none.

There was no elevator so we had to drag our bags up to the 2nd floor. The girls behind the counter were great and offered to help but that should NOT be their job! We had to ask for extra towels repeatedly and they only gave us ONE wash cloth for the room. Ewwww. Unsanitary. Oh, the owner, Bob, tried to give us some shuck and jive about there being a shortage of wash clothes. HAHAHAHA Seriously dude!!??!!! The hot tub had a ton of foam in it; like a foot high. My friend drinks coffee and said it was disgusting. I asked if there was hot water and tea. There was nothing! Again, the ladies behind the counter offered to give me one of their personal tea bags. I thanked them but declined. I ended up driving 15 minutes away to a Dunkin' every morning for a decent cup of coffee and tea. The curtains in the room are not long enough and let the light in. Oh and they were full of holes!! Not to mention that the second floor hallway stunk of cigarette smoke because people were smoking in their rooms. Homeless people were camped out in an old car in the parking lot at night. Oh wait....I forgot about the two rodent turds on the bathroom floor after our first night there. I flushed them down the toilet. Too big to be from a mouse and too small for a full size rat turd. Disgusting. On a budget or not, steer clear and spend the extra money on a better hotel/motel. .

Rated the lowest I can go. A 1! I made this reservation through Priceline’s 3 choice option “sight unseen” I thought they’ve always done a good job of offering “good quality” and it’s not the first time on have used this service and was pleased. But when I drove up to it I said “no”, no way am I staying there. It was in such a rough rundown neighborhood. It’s looks like it’s needs to be abandoned and torn down. I called Priceline to complain of course they would not refund me or make a different reservation. But I’m not finished yet………
