Radisson Colorado Springs Airport

I would not book this hotel if I knew. There were lots of issues like bathroom sink clog, door don't properly close unless forceful shut, noise from upstairs guests, etc. Coffee was water and restaurant was understaff and I felt bad for them. None of the issues resolved while I was staying.

The hotel staff were rude, unhelpful and chaotic. Our room and bathroom were very dirty, when we complained they didn’t offer to move us to a different room or even come try to clean. The carpet had multiple sticky spots and the room had a strong alcohol/disinfectant smell. There was no pull out couch in our room, they ensured us there was one and sent staff to confirm it wasn’t there because they didn’t believe us. Then offered a rolling bed cot and never brought it. Breakfast was lackluster with few gluten free options. Coffee was basically water with grounds in it, very terrible experience. Overall we were really displeased with our stay.

I had a rude encounter with the staff. The pool main lights went out staff had no clue when I told them only the secondary lights were on they were rude and kicked us out of the pool
