TOWNEPLACE SUITES COLORADO SPR

The staff were kind and helpful. I misplaced my vehicles keys. I knew where I misplaced them but I couldn't find them. They looked for my keys. The room was comfortable. There was a homeless person at the hotel when I arrived and the member at the desk was kind to him... not to give the wrong impression. This area is industrial and to see a homeless person was odd at this location. Good airport hotel. Typical TownePlace Suites.

This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff at the desk is incompetent, housekeeping was non existent and the rooms are in a horrible state of repair. Despite asking for housekeeping every day, no one ever cleaned our room, provided fresh towels or even emptied the trash in a three night stay. We had to negotiate with the desk to get toilet paper and fresh towels. The drain in the bathtub was clogged and despite asking twice, it was never fixed. The hotel is extremely noisy, located by a high traffic road and small airport. The beds were like sleeping on rocks and every piece of furniture in our 2 bedroom suite was in a state of disrepair and extremely uncomfortable. Never again.

The hotel staff was excellent! Michelle at the breakfast area was delightful! Morgan at the front desk was so nice and professional! We loved the oat mill station with all the fixings! Way to go Marriott! The hotel was clean and furniture updated.
