Suite was great! breakfast was good. The location is good. The only disappointment was the parking situation. You must Park a mile away. Hotel charges $45. There is a shuttle that will pick you up and take you back and forth. but it's inconvenient. Very inconvenient.

I booked a pet friendly room with the Nordic inn on Expedia. They sent me a message saying I needed to declare that I had a pet or I would be charged $50 extra on arrival at the property. I returned the message through the Expedia app and tried to call them. They did not answer their phone and said that they only answered in one or two days. They said if you didn't get a response and one or two days to email them. Since it was two days before I was to stay at the property I emailed them. They responded that they had no accommodations available for pets, this despite the fact that I had booked a pet friendly room. I tried to call them multiple times and only got voicemail. I called Expedia and they helped me to book a room in a different hotel. I would not trust the Nordic Inn as they could pull your reservation at any time with short notice. They do not answer their phone and their customer service is terrible, probably the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel.

What the heck happened to this place in the last two years? I really hate to give a bad review to a small business, especially one that has been our CB go-to years ... but yikes. The things we used to love--a solid breakfast, delightful wine dispensers in the lobby, Adirondack chairs on the lawn, and accessible staff are basically all gone to $:&:. The breakfast has become a motel 6 continental. No eggs, no gluten free (come on! Even Cheerios is gluten free) limited coffee availability. The wine dispensers? Let's see. My first $9 glass sputtered and was empty. The second tasted like vinegar. And no a front desk person in sight to help make it right. Tiny sandpaper towels. Did this place change owners? We brought three other couples with us this time and I feel a bit embarrassed by the quality decline.
