Country Inn & Suites

Hotel was clean and front desk was friendly. Disappointed in the room rates and being charged for parking is ridiculous. Beds and pillows were just ok. There is no complimentary breakfast. Otherwise, it is just an average hotel.

Renovations are complete and the rooms are fantastic. Sleek, modern furniture in wood and earth tones. Comfortable love-seat and matching ottoman. No tub but a glass enclosed shower with Paul Mitchell bathroom amenities. Also, glass fronted mini fridge with electronic controls as well as low-noise air conditioner and big, wide screen tv. Fast internet speeds.

The hotel's ad stipulates that we must call them from the airport to get shuttle service, but while I was flying to Denver (from Shanghai to LA to Denver), the phone number was changed! (What are the odds??) So I arrived and could not call. The taxi fare to the hotel was 1/3 the cost of the room. The agent was not rude but wouldn't reimburse or offer a discount. Otherwise, the hotel was good, but I can't give a high rating, given this problem.
