Crowne Plaza Denver

We stayed here for the Transplant Games. There were rooms blocked for our team. Hotel was lovely, our accessible roll in shower room was very nice. We did have a problem with cold water the first morning but it was remedied fairly fast. Also one of grab bars pulled out of the wall when I got ahold of it to get up from the toilet. Thank goodness I did not fall. Call to front desk & it was fixed in a timely manner. IMO since this is an accessible room, it should have a higher toilet. Would be so much easier to get on & off. AC was cold. Bed & pillows very comfortable. Shout out to Jonathon & Twy at front desk. They went above & beyond. We had rented scooters & were able to store them in one of banquet rooms in the evening when we were through with them. They unlocked door, turned on lights, offered to plug in chargers for us then locked up when we were finished. We enjoyed the restaurant whether ordering off menu or breakfast buffet. We do feel the price was higher for us as reserving thru a group. We could have gotten cheaper rate if we had booked ourselves. All in all, good experience, would stay again if in Denver. The pool was closed & they did offer a discount. Pool is to open July2. All employees were friendly.

We missed our flight due to United airlines being late. But they put us up in this hotel. The check in process was so easy and the staff gave us complimentary amenities since we didn’t have our luggage. The hotel rooms have been updated and are very nice. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet despite it being a bust Saturday night in downtown Denver.
