HAMPTON INN DENVER NORTHEAST-B

My car was vandalized while in this hotels lot, in broad daylight. They have no working cameras and informed me a car was broken into the month prior and still do not have security cameras. It’s a crappy location and a hotel that does not care to protect its guests. Pass!

We have traveled a lot and use Hilton properties. This property is in transition. Mismatched decor; non lockable men’s bathroom, paper towels. But the one that really counts is not being able to secure the room from inside, the deadbolt nor the security latch worked bc the door didn’t line up. We used what we could to barricade the door.The night clerk validated it and was to call the manager. No response. No manager in the morning at check out.

I spent one night in this hotel and was surprised that a number of things didn't work. The blow-dryers in my room and a friend's room were broken. The soda machines on almost every floor were broken or out (I did luck out on one floor finally). There was no morning coffee at breakfast because the machines were broken. Other than that, the rooms were fine and the front desk was friendly.
