HILTON GARDEN INNDENVERHIGHLANDS RANCH

Out here for work and ended up staying another week so I booked this hotel because it was closer to my job. Biggest mistake. The water pressure on the shower is horrible. If you want a hot shower, expect it to be loud and pulse the water at you full speed. Then it takes close to an hour to drain the water in the tub. So you’re just standing in your dirty water. The mattresses are so uncomfortable. I’m not asking for a luxury mattress but at least one you can’t feel the springs in because it’s so old. On my last night of my stay I decided to try out the kitchen. I ordered a burger. When I received it I took one bite and saw it was completely raw. I even broke it open to make sure it wasn’t the one spot. I spit out the bite and told the kitchen staff. They then took my bitten into burger, placed it back on the grill and served it to me with a “fresh” bun. That is absolutely sickening to hear that in a commercial kitchen, they took a burger that was bitten into and put it back on the grill where they’re going to cook someone else’s meal. What if I was sick or had some type of disease that is going to spread? Absolutely unsanitary. Threw out the burger and didn’t eat after working a 13 hour day. Don’t stay at this hotel. There’s plenty of other hotels that are nicer and won’t contaminate food.

Very nice hotel located on the SW side of the Denver area. Recently renovated (not a full renovation), the bathrooms still need new work, but a very nice/clean hotel located near the 470 loop and plenty of restaurants nearby. Only 20 minutes from The Red Rock Amphitheater is a plus.

The hotel has a serious sewage problem. Fifth floor, and most others as well, smell like sewage on the end room 528 - 532. I read about this prior to my visit but felt it must have been a limited event. Not true and all of the "maintenance" and toilet snaking in the work won't solve this problem. Management aware claiming they are working on it - doubt it. Peloton room 531 THE WORST STINK. Stupid that they don't move the bike.
