HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS HOTEL & SUITES DENVER AIRPORT

My room wasnt clean! There was hair on the sheets, on the towels etc. i arrived later in the day and i already sanitized the room when i saw the hair under the covers. I just took the hair and sanitized. Check in staff and everyone except the check out guy yesterday morning was helpful. I had extra water and asked if i can return by removing charges from room, he didnt even try. Im in IT, should be a pretty easy thing to do. I wont stay here again

Clean and new hotel that was a good option near DEN. Early free shuttle was much appreciated!

This is an average Holiday Inn, although there is no coffee maker in the room (bizarrely the website has several pictures of rooms with coffee makers). But what is a deal breaker for me is that you have to use a third-party website to pay for parking. This is asking for trouble: I don't want to expose my personal information to an unknown website. I complained at the desk and they said they would take care of it, but then I was dunned for parking by this mysterious third-party website. I hardly know what to do. This is unacceptable management. It is a pity because the hotel is nice otherwise.
