La Quinta Inn Denver Cherry Creek

Property in fair conditon at best. Staff friendly and courteous. Needs a serious renovation or replacement. The pet policy will discourage me from continueing to stay at La Quinta. Barking dogs and dogs that have been in the room and/or bed is unacceptable.

This facility was very dirty from stains in the bathtub, to dirty cups being left behind in the room. I could visibly see dirt on the carpet and was afraid to even take my shoes off. I do not recommend this motel to anyone!!! Stay at your own risk!!

This place was way too expensive and not worth the price at all. It was so run down and the stench alone kept us from sleeping well. We're also pretty sure there was black mold from a leaky shower. The staff were very kind and helpful but the rest was disgusting.
