QUALITY INN CENTRAL DENVER

It is a run-down, beat-up accommodation. It was so bad we left after our first night. It took us nearly 4 months to get our overcharge taken off our credit card. Best this seedy hotel finds a wrecking ball to put it out of its misery

No heat in room, at the front desk we were told to turn off gage for 15 minutes and try again, to no avail. Front desk then gave us blankets and were told boiler was most likely off, maintenance would be in at 11pm. No results. Black mold and cracked tile in bathroom. No cold water, so scalding shower water, unable to bathe. Alternative suggestion offered close to check out, we were out of time. At check out we requested that the deposit required for every guest be credited now and to confirm that our room was indeed left good. But no, in case we were smoking in room. We are beyond 60, good gracious. So, absolutely do not stay there. No help from our booking company.

Worst service ever called for a shuttle , that is provided by the hotel and waited 2 hrs they finally get there didn't even wait 1 minutes for us to walk from the other side of the block and left we called them again and were told they were turning around and coming back that did not happen we were left in the cold for 3 hours total.,ended up getting Uber. when we complained to the manager he yelled at us I wanted so bad to right a good review but that just ruined the trip
