Quality Inn & Suites Golden

I stayed at this hotel a few yrs ago,due to economically friendly; at that time it was very run down... stayed there for 3 nights this week,nothing has improved?! Hallways very dirty,ice machine out of order,hot tub was taped off one day.. mgmt/ownership,should consider investing in upgrading or at the least,clean it up! THE POSITIVE FEEDBACK I'D LIKE TO SHARE WITH EVERYONE,IS THE FRONT DESK ATTENDANT WAS VERY FRIENDLY,PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL! HER NANE IS KOREY.L.. SO AMAZING,GLAD SHE WAS THERE ,MOST EVENINGS! SHE TRULY IS THE ONLY POSITIVE ,BRIGHT ASPECT I CAN BRAG ABOUT! KUDOS TO THIS YOUNG LADY! THANK YOU KOREY!:)

Disgusting. We tried 2 rooms and they were both run down and dirty, as well as the halls, elevator, and lobby. I stayed one night and ended up having to find a different place for night 2. I still have to try to get a refund for the night I couldn't stay. I don't have one good thing to say about this hotel and it was WAY overpriced.

The staff were wonderful and the place is very nice. A good rate for the quality. I will come back next year and recommend it to my team.
