Ramada Downtown Denver

The breakfast is supposed to be set up at 6am. During my first morning here the breakfast wasn’t set up on time, so the next day I decided to try to get breakfast a bit later (6:30am). The breakfast was still not set up. So, I called the front desk to ask when I should expect the coffee to be ready. The employee was extremely rude, wouldn’t give me a prediction about the coffee and hung up on me.

They outsource their airport shuttle service. It runs once an hour at night. Waited 45 min at 11:45pm, for our shuttle, but there wasn't room for my family of 4. Had to wait another hour, for next bus. Would never book Wyndham ever again, anywhere. Respect yourself, stay elsewhere.

We got there at 2am after late travel with two small children. We were told they had no rooms. We paid in full through Expedia 3 months prior. Nothing they could do.They are saying we canceled, but most certainly DID NOT!!! We want our money back!
