Avoid this property. They do not care about guest safety, and their daytime staff will actively punish you for reporting hazardous conditions. Our stay at this property was an absolute nightmare, resulting in physical injury and illegal retaliation by staff. ​On our first night, my husband was physically injured by a sharp, exposed, barbed fish hook left embedded in the room's carpet. When we attempted to file a formal safety report, an employee named Sam subjected us to extreme hostility, tried to stonewall us, and flatly refused to document the injury. Worse, because we demanded a basic incident report, Sam explicitly retaliated against us by refusing our scheduled stay extension and forcing us out of the hotel.

The desk attendant both mornings I was there was a “live agent” not on property. Which was strange because an actual person was at the desk the first morning we arrived. She ignored us and when we tried to speak to her she just referred us to this kiosk for help. We had to cancel our reservations through choice hotels because the actual person behind the desk would not help us and the kiosk was unable to find our reservation. The whole AI customer service experience was a terrible first impression and we won’t be back.

Every time I stay here, I feel very welcome! I like the fact that the staff remember me and asks me about my day or recent trip I've taken. Amanda is a great conversationalist. We could chat for hours if she didn't have to work! Her laughter and smile is contagious. I've never run into a single employee that was rude. They all seem genuinely to like working here. This is my "Go to" place when I come to Colorado.
