This is our second time staying here while our daughter is in inpatient treatment at the Eating Recovery Center and we love it. They offer a discounted rate for ERC visitors and free Lyft rides to/from ERC which has been so helpful. Very comfortable and well laid-out rooms, nice towels, and the breakfast is good for an included hotel breakfast. All the staff have been so friendly and accommodating. There’s a really pleasant outdoor area adjacent to the pool, we enjoyed sitting outside with our wine and snacks. The location is great, right next to a really nice walking trail (request a room facing the front of the hotel so you have a nice view of the trail/trees/stream). Also directly across the street from a Target, and walking distance to chick-fil-a and Sam’s No 3, a great diner. We will definitely be back and have recommended it to other visiting family members who have also been happy.

I was recently here for 3 nights... I noticed a lot of other people were here because we had events in our homes and we were placed here by our insurance companies.. This hotel is on the list for insurance stays. Karen the evening manager is very nice I thought unlike noted in a different review. She is South African which gives her extra spunk. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings there are free hot snacks and free booze in the lobby... That right there is a winner in my book. How welcoming is that? The location in Cherry Creek is great. This property allows cats. Thank you since I was being displaced. This is Colorado. I wish they had an indoor pool. The suite was lovely. The bed was just okay. In the shower, it was weird having the bottles of soap and shampoo at the knee level, so you couldn't read what you were using in the moment. The TV next door over was extremely loud. The breakfast was adequate with hot and cold choices. But the breakfast spread is by no means extra special, but it was certainly fine for the time I was there.. I don't believe that they had to go boxes which would have helped. I agree breakfast should begin earlier than 6:30. The bathroom in the suite was very large. The hotel was not perfect but it fit my needs.. The staff there will remember me because the lock on my room was malfunctioning and the front desk was actually unable to make me a new working key.. They kept having to come and open my door with their individual fobs. Sometimes I hate technology!

Nice mattress, bedding, and padded headboard. Great placement of TV on outside wall instead of next room wall. Glad for nightstand shelves instead of drawers. Glad for hook on back of bathroom door. It was nice that you had placed a "coat-hook" near the closet, but it was bad placement, as I almost missed it since it was up so high, and in an awkward place. Nice "hall" mirror near the kitchen (I liked the small shelf & the hooks on it). Nice shower grab bars, small shelf & "foot shelf". Appreciate the somewhat neutral smell of the shampoo & hair conditioner, but the soap & lotion had an unpleasant scent. I did not have a dog, but appreciate the "furry-friends" door sign. Nice placement near Cherry Creek Trail. Large fridge/freezer & microwave. Nice selection of electrical plugs/ports. Did not use the wi-fi. HVAC was loud. Square shower head had poor output, but temp was hot enough. My room only had a shower with no tub; not sure if other rooms offer this. Seems like the breakfast bar should open earlier. I did not eat because I had to leave for meetings, but there were plenty of people hanging around the lobby waiting for it to open. Paid parking. Skip room 121 as it was next to the laundry & weight room. Large Target store across the street to purchase forgotten items.
