The lodging for the resort is run-down and dated. I paid a thousand dollars for 2 days to stay in Kendal 440. It was suppose to come with covered parking… there are 8 spots… all taken. The unit had a murphy bed that comes with one thin blanket. The WiFi is terrible here. The front desk staff is rude and not helpful at all. Staying on property gives you no other benefit other than convenience. You don’t get a discount on rentals or lift tickets. The hot tub was crowded and full of kids. Do not waste your money staying here, you will regret it. There are way better options in Durango or Silverton.

Recently attended my son's wedding and related events at this beautifully situated resort. Stayed in a "King" room in the Village Center building that was quiet, comfortable and clean. Bathroom featured a spa-bathtub that was quite soothing and relaxing. Although there was a microwave and small coffee maker, there was no mini-fridge. The view from the room was of the ski lifts and slopes behind the resort. The Village Center is conveniently located to the Plaza where all of the shops and restaurants are located. As it was the last weekend of the summer season, only the Village Market & Deli was open most of the time. Almost all the entire wedding party was able to stay on the Resort property which made it very convenient for attending the rehearsal dinner that was held at Purgy's Restaurant just above the Plaza. All front desk and resort staff were extremely helpful in providing directions and helping with any issues identified by guests. An overall super stay!

The male front desk staff member was very rude and patronising. The room was horrible and felt depressing. I would not stay here again. There is no air conditioning and the room are small and dirty and tired.
