Yikes. When my two friends and I arrived, nobody was there to check us in. When a staff member finally arrived to check us in, she was extremely rude and unfriendly. Some of the hallways were quite dirty. The comforter in my room was dirty, too. My room was close to the freeway and was extremely noisy. The AC produced very little cool air and was very loud, too. After a couple of hours unable to get to sleep, I went to the front desk to request another room. The same rude woman told me that I had the quietest room in the whole building, that none of the rooms facing away from or located further away from the freeway were any quieter, and that she was not willing to give me anything else. She rudely asked whether I wanted to check out. Worst "hotel" I have ever stayed at.

After leaving Parachute due to the hotel taking our reservation, then telling us they were sold out, we ended up here. 10 hours on the road and we needed a place to stay, so we booked it. It’s a disaster, dirty carpet in 5he hallways and rooms. The AC blows hot air, can’t open the window because there isn’t a screen. Old, dated and dirty… can’t seem yo win in Colorado. Don’t stay here, $147 for a dump.

4 night stay. Hotel was affordable & mediocre. Staff was friendly, nice to have refrigerator & cooktop. Heat source was a wall unit which was old & noisy. Hot breakfast was provided, but pretty simple- powdered eggs, no juice, weak coffee. Would be nice to have some boiled eggs as an option & better coffee & juice. Carpet in room felt dirty- bring slippers! We’d stay again if looking for affordable, knowing you get what you pay for.
