Beautiful relaxing grounds right on Fall River. Very clean cabin. Our cabin did have A/C. Very friendly staff.

My family and i stayed here a couple years ago for Thanksgiving and we have come back again! Last time it was such an amazing experience we came back, but this time we rented two cabins as we brought family! It’s so beautiful and peaceful! Our kids enjoy being here. Office staff are super welcoming 😊. I honestly recommend staying here! It honestly feels like home. Also everything is super clean!

So there were nine of us on an excursion from Denver, we liked the look of the place and drove into the property to enquire about availability and rates... but quickly turned around when this ginormous man rushed to our bus and threatened us if we didn't leave right away... It seemed he had thought we drove in to see the elk sunbathing on his lawn... After such a welcome, we certainly would never stay there, whatever the rates!
