Very clean, 2br condo in a great little town. Priced right, newer appliances and furniture. Wouldn't hesitate to return here again! We also utilized the gym, hot tub, and pool. Friendly staff and the two hot tubs were large and comfortable. A++

The price for this room was considerably less that others we looked at, so it gets five stars for value. The 3 BR unit was clean and roomy.
The base board heating in the bedrooms was very noisy. Everytime the heating water valve would open, the baseboard would make this loud clicking noise for 30 to 60 seconds as the baseboard warmed up. It was loud enough to wake us up repeatedly during the night. The heat control dampers on the baseboard in our room were broken which tended to overheat our room.
The rec center is awesome with two large hot tubs and a pool, all outdoors. Inside they have a racquetball court, games, and DVD and VHS tapes you can borrow. This place would have gotten a 5 star review had we stayed in summer.

The amenities here are awesome! And for the most part, you can use them. Unless the full-time front desk woman is working. She questioned every little thing we did, acting like it was the biggest inconvenience of her life to check our ID tag so we could swim, lay some towels out, or open up the hot tub. When my son attempted to sit in the hot tub, she rudely told him he wasn't old enough. He kindly explained that he was 15, and the signs clearly state "14 or younger". She told him that was wrong. I did check the signs--15 and over were permitted without parental supervision. Once she found out he was 15, every amenity he attempted to use became only available to those 16 and up. Seriously. The other part-time staff was WONDERFUL--nice, courteous, fun, friendly, helpful--you name it. I explained to my children that the other woman was probably having a bad day. But apparently, every day was a bad day for her. We actually started avoiding the club house because I was tiring of "bothering" her. But then she had a few days off, and there were other ladies there. And we were able to use the amenities without the hateful glares, huffs, etc. They really do have a lot to do here. I recommend going on a Tuesday or Wednesday, where you will feel welcome and able to take advantage of all it has to offer. Otherwise, maybe you should look elsewhere.
