Cedar Lodge Motel

It was just ok. Old property and not what I was expecting. Handed only metal room key, so that says alot. Requested first floor, didn't have available they said. My guess was our late arrival time they gave away. I'm older with knee issues, friend was on crutches. Made for interesting time. Don't expect to park next to your assigned room unless you are back before dinner, parking was challenging. There are 3-4 buildings. Keep that in mind if you plan to use pool. Exterior dooes. Maids knock.... like 8a on days you aren't even checking out - even with a Do Not Disturb sign. Geez. Room did have a fridge n microwave. Convenient location.

We always stay here when in the area. The rates are reasonable and the breakfast selection cannot be matched by any other motel in town.

I’ve stayed at Glenwood Springs Cedar Lodge twice now, and both times have been great experiences. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The pool, hot tub, and steam room are all well-maintained and a nice bonus after a day of exploring. The beds are comfortable, the water pressure is excellent, and the whole place stays quiet and relaxing. For the price, it’s a solid value in the area, and I’ll definitely continue staying here when I’m back in Glenwood Springs.
