STARLIGHT LODGE

We stayed in August 2026 and had a large family suite with two bedrooms and a bathroom in the middle. Very clean overall but dated. It was a hot day and the AC units were struggling, super loud and clearly hadn't been dusted in a long time. The rooms each had stained glass windows at height which was super cool but also meant it was bright daylight in the room at 5:30am. Great location close to highway, hot springs and restaurants, we walked next door to Rosi's Little Bavarian Restaurant for a great breakfast.

Worst hotel we have stayed in after years of traveling. The carpet had so many stains. The bed mattress and pillows had no protector on them. The bathroom walls had dry soap on the tiles. We don't mind old but we want CLEAN and this room was far from it!

The room was did not feel clean. While I don’t mind an older look, it needs some replacements for cleanliness purposes. There were Spots on the side of the mattress and the carpets were spotted. Didn’t go barefoot. It was close to good good and hot springs which was why I was there.
