Days Inn & Suites Parachute

The rooms were clean, a bit dusty. Most rooms are suites so there was a nice sitting area & kitchenette. The original description stated it had a lazy river as well as a pool, come to find out it was views of the lazy river "Colorado River" behind it. The pool and spa were heavily clorinated and it was stuffy in there. Overall it was an ok hotel.

The rooms at Comfort Inn Parachute are very large and clean. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. When I opened the closet there was wadded toilet paper in the corner.... We went down to use the pool and hot tub and it smelled like wet dog. We went in anyway thinking maybe it was stale and closed up from the day. The door was propped open. After a while we got out to dry off and noticed what appeared to be toilet paper with poop on it and a few chunks of.... Poo?.... Here and there along with what appeared to be where the pile had been. Not sure what's going on there but we showered excessively. During the night someone got in a fight and pulled the fire alarm. We emptied out in to the parking lot and were allowed back in after about 20 minutes. Not sure how I feel about our stay at Comfort Inn.

We would like to give this hotel, a very good rating, the whole staff was professional and helpful and friendly. The room was nice,mostly clean,the pool and hot tub was dirty, and stinky, but temps. Were good, Breakfast was Great, organized, clean,plentiful, the lady's kept it well stocked, parking was great location excellent we stayed august, of 2016.
