We made our reservations through Expedia and stayed at your condo (Pines, Longleaf) for 2 days to celebrate a very special day for us - our 40th wedding anniversary. However, it turned out to be a nightmare! We regret selecting Keystore/Vail Resorts and will think twice before ever doing that again. 1. We got overcharged by $12 from the rate that Expedia stated. When we asked the front desk manager, he had no clear explanation and staff asked us to contact Expedia instead of fixing it. When I told the manager that I was already fully paid up with a zero balance and wondered what the $200 charge was, instead of just that it was for incidentals, he asked me if I knew what the term "incidentals" was. This was insulting, given I am a Navy retiree and had stayed in multiple hotels over my 30-year career. 2. There were no WiFi or TV signals in the room, so we couldn't connect to the internet or watch TV for both days. Comcast was eventually contacted when we notified the manager. The Comcast person said the room had no signal for both and a total re-wiring needed to be done. Why this wasn't checked as part of the inspection before we were allowed in is a mystery to us. Very disappointing. 3. Expedia said the condo had AC as part of the amenities when we booked the place, that's why we booked it. However, there was no AC in the room! The front desked blamed it on Expedia. 4. The toilet had a leak so we couldn't use it for at least one night. 5. One staff member told us that when we leave, we should make sure that the trash is emptied out and the dishwasher is started! This was in complete contradiction to the email instructions we got stating that we just need to leave our key cards on the counter and walk out. Its very disheartening and disappointing that, after we had specifically mentioned when we made our reservations, that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, that this is the experience that Keystone/Vail Resorts decided to give us!

The fact the power had gone out for at least 6 hours during a “1 hour rolling blackout” with no warning or notification of the power outage during 10° weather. No heat and no power. My husband went to the front office to inquire about the situation and found the front office had power but the condos didn’t have generator back-up was stressful especially since I am a disabled veteran with medical devices that NEED power. When we asked about compensation for the time without power, was told that would not happen, even though when my husband went and talked with the people at the front desk about the situation, he was informed we would receive some compensation for the outage. The temps were below freezing, roads were horrendous so couldn’t drive anywhere and had already paid for a service that was not being provided during a time. After we get back home, 2 charges appears on our card that shouldn’t be there. There wasn’t any check out instructions located anywhere in the room and numerous attempts were made to call the front desk for instructions and no answer was ever received. I would not recommend this property. During the power outage, many went to their vehicles to try and warm.

Booked a 2-bedroom condo in Evergreen (Quicksilver). Place was a dump. Literally every window blind and curtain was broken. When told management, they said there was an open work order for repair. They booked us into the room KNOWING it needed repairs. Everything was filthy, walls, carpet, fixtures. Also very noisy with loud partying into the night by neighbors. Not much good to say about the place. Needless to say, would not stay here again.
