Beware of misleading cancellation policy - the cancellation policy states “ In case of a cancellation , your deposit will be refunded with at least 7 days advanced notice, minus a 10% cancellation fee “ What they actually do is penalize you 10% of the total amount of your stay, not the deposit as stated. The person I contacted agrees the policy is ambiguous and thanks me for bringing this to their attention and says they will work on correcting the written policy to avoid future confusion . So far, i have not been refunded the money that they kept due to their misleading policy .

Very unique Inn. Relaxed Hippy vibes, just what we wanted for our Red Rocks experience to include. Our family of four adults had the ‘stone’ cottage. One queen & futon worked fine. Loved the private hot tub. Didn’t use the kitchen area, we were only there one night, but would be handy for longer stays. Friendly staff & great breakfast. Thanks Andrea, Boo & Joe.
