We chose the "Embassy Suites By Hilton" Loveland because the hotel is very well located at the east entrance to the "Rocky Mountains National Park." It takes just under an hour to drive to the park entrance.
The hotel itself is very modern. The rooms / suites are clean and very spacious. There is a fitness center, pool, and also a restaurant in the hotel.
The breakfast is a typical "American Breakfast" and also free of charge.
The hotel also charges a daily parking fee.

Doors weren’t opening. Spent more than 20 minutes just trying to get the door unlocked. Staff weren’t the most helpful and were most likely ignoring us.

The parking lot is empty yet they still make you pay a parking lot company by qr code of $15/day. It is a pain because the text to sign up, does not work so you have to take a picture of it and sign up that way which takes a bit longer. The revolving door does not work and you will get stuck in it and whack your face on the glass. The guy at the counter couldn't care less of your arrival and when my room number would not pop up on my digital key, I went up to the desk with full hands from a family of 6 traveling cross country including a shower chair to explain that I only needed my room number because it was not showing on my digital key, he refused to tell me anything until he saw my ID. I was quite ticked off by then and had to set down everything to dig it out of my purse. The room was old. There was no soap in the bathroom to wash hands at the sink so we had to keep getting body wash from the shower. The room needs updating. There were not extra towels as asked. Someone tell me why when you see 6 people in a suite, you only give 4 towels and 2 wash cloths? We had to call for more towels. The breakfast was not great. The eggs were water. The potatoes needed more cooking. The omelet station did not have anyone there. Not at all impressed nor did I feel like they were happy to have customers. Leaving this place in the morning is a nightmare. We sat in traffic because there are no lights here and all 4 directions of traffic are ran by round abouts with all yielding to each other and no one knows how to use those. Either go north and turn around to go south or do not stay here at all. It was not worth it nor dealing with the traffic in the morning.
