Holiday Inn Denver-Parker-E470/Parker Road

I stayed at this hotel twice, approximately one year apart. The pool was still broken the second time but I notice its ad still claims it has a pool. The rooftop restaurant is still closed so there's a very poor breakfast offered in the lobby. The rooms were clean but the hotel very shabby with chipped floor tiles, stains on the walls in the hallway, and worn rugs and mats that present a tripping hazard. Do NOT stay here.

Toilet backed up first use. Front desk phone was busy, so I went to the desk. When I mentioned the maintenance issue I was asked if I needed the plunger, which I obviously will and plunged the toilet myself until it was working. Needed towels and didn't get those delivered. They didn't do daily room cleaning/sheet replacement. The cable went it the first night and was still not working when I left four days later. The coffee maker was broken and when I asked for a replacement, I was told they didn't know how to accommodate that. I will not be staying at a holiday Inn for future travel.

CORPORATE GREED WINS AGAIN. WE ARE REGULAR YRLY GUESTS AT THIS HOTEL but August of last yr. Booked our stay for the wrong day on priceline. Walked to the front desk pd full price of $210 for our stay and was told they would refund the priceline $175. I have been trying to get the hotel manager to call me for almost a yr! She just throws my messages in the trash. Or blows her nose with those messages. Corporate holiday inn says oh its a franchise property nothing we will do about it . the worst of Corporate greed that they took my money twice!! I make $20 an hour and work hard to take the girls for a 1 wknd fun stay before school. Thanks holiday inn for making me bend over and flip me the middle finger
