Overall good job. Both front desk employees friendly and helpful. Sunday morning 04/05/26 breakfast buffet attendant outstanding to everyone who entered!!! Best attendant ever at a Holiday Inn Express anywhere! My only suggestion is keep breakfast till 10 am on Sunday.

We stayed one night on a road trip. Location was very convenient to the Interstate. Check-in was great-- Ronnie at the front desk was welcoming and hospitable. I'm a firm believer that the check-in sets the tone for the stay. Usually HIEs have one SLOW elevator. This property had 2 normal speed ones. The room was super clean and comfortable. Had a great breakfast. Sapphire, the breakfast attendant, went out of her way to be helpful. And the pancake machine worked. We have stayed at too many Holiday Inn Expresses lately with broken pancake machines. It was obvious that this is a well-managed property. We will definitely stay here again.

Very good, clean, bright, and welcoming motel. My friend and I needed a room late at night, and on short notice. Although it cost us $300, it ended up just what we needed. Three in the morning when we pulled in exhausted, a young man I do believe named James was at the front desk. He was extremely friendly and helpful. In the morning, the breakfast was very good, the staff was great, and a lady named Helen in the dining hall sure did go above and beyond for absolutely everyone there. Yes, it was more expensive than we wanted, But it sure stood out nicely.
