Woodbridge Condominiums

I booked a condo through Snowmass Village vacation last minute as it was for a funeral. I spoke with Sean and mentioned 10+ times that I was traveling with my 95 year old mother the grandmother of my deceased nephew, and there can’t be a lot of steps. We arrived at 5:30pm after a long day of travel from the east coast of Florida and found 3 flights of metal steps. We managed our walk up, entered the condo and called the help number only to reach someone in New Hampshire that could not help! We left immediately as it was not possible for my mother to stay there. We also left several messages for Sean and not heard from him. At 9 the next morning while preparing for our family funeral we reached Andrew who said he was the manager. He said was there would be no refund. How insensitive and what horrible customer service!! I would advise to NEVER use this company!! We are currently seeking legal counsel against them. Organization. Beware!

We just returned from a Ski trip to Snowmass and were disappointed to discover that Woodbridge Condos are not really ski in/out. We were in building 25 and it was really a walk to the bridge and don't bother trying to ski back. The buses are great and there are stops everywhere so we just bussed the remainder of the week but felt misled by the VRBO listings claiming that the Assay Hill lift was close by. Next time we will make sure to stay on the hill.

The unit had some things wrong with it and property management left some things to be desired as well. None of the phones in the unit were charged up, neither light in the master bedroom worked (and no spare bulbs were present in the unit,) the ski locker was inaccessible, which meant storing wet ski equipment inside the condo or leaving it outside to be stolen, the hot tub was fifteen degrees below any temperature that could even be called lukewarm, and there were no window coverings on one of the sliding glass doors. I've stayed in worse places, but I've stayed in better, and this was not a good value for the money.
