My husband and I celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary and were greeted with a super nice check in, a complimentary bottle of wine and personal note congratulating us. The one bedroom was super nice with a full kitchen, large living room and the bed was very comfy. Our deck was very large and had access from the living room and bedroom. The location is terrific as well. I highly recommend!

An amazing experience. Our suite had two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The views out the balcony included the creek, meadows, towering trees and mountains. And the location? Walk out the door of the hotel and you are smack dab in the middle of the pedestrian-only expanses of the village. Most important was the friendliness and accommodating attitude of our hostess Iva and the flexibility around check-in and check-out, let alone the price. The price! Wow. Saved us a bundle for so much in return. We are definitely returning to Mountain Haus on our next Vail trip.

We reserved a 2 bedroom condo in Nov. for a March 2026 stay. When we checked in and saw the condo #328, the sofa and living room carpet was dirty and worn. So we asked for a different condo. There were none to move to. So we stayed and covered the sofa when we sat on it. Everything else was fine. But at the high price it is easy to replace the sofa and carpet.
