Shuttle never picked me up. Desk staff scolded me for making noise when I came in and set my cane in the counter. Refused a refund. Never again.

Dirty disgusting and homeless people. Beware unhelpful staff. We had to stay in smoking manager said he couldn't change room. Homeless people wandering around. Junk cars with flat tires. Bathroom door kicked in and never repaired. Refrigerator looks like it's from a war zone

They will give you roaches ! This hotel is disgusting and the receptionist is even worse . Will steal your money off your card and you must sleep in a roach infested room with a jail cell bathroom no rags or shower curtain. MOLD in mini fridge
