Read some reviews on other website. Should have explored more. The property was extremely run-down, outdated, and in need of significant maintenance and renovation. I was so disappointed by the condition of the hotel and the room that I simply could not bring myself to stay the night. I left and found alternative accommodation instead.

Great and very friendly staff. although about to revamp the rooms / decor. this simply adds to the charm. Clean and warm room with a superbly comfortable very large bed. super hot and powerful shower. Well done management and team.

I don’t really understand the positive reviews of this place. Our room was rather run down, nothing like what is shown in the illustration, and the whole place had a kind of seedy feel to it: an Inn that had seen better days. Despite what was advertised, there was no WiFi in our room (the signal was apparently too weak). Crappy coffee service. When we had to check out a day early, the management insisted on keeping the full amount for our stay, which I could understand if the place were fully booked and someone’s reservation had been declined on our account. But PBI was no more than a 1/4 full (which probably tells you something). Hotels get like this only when they are becoming desperate. Do not stay at this place. There are many charming alternatives in the area.
