Holiday Inn Express Hotel Suites Plainfield

All these hotels now use the reservations desk service. We wanted a pool and a bar and we were told this hotel had both plus a restaurant. No dice. There was construction noise in the morning and the room was a little shabby, probably about to be renovated. We complained to the front desk upon checkout. He said he'd call the manager and we never heard anything from them.

We stayed here since my son is a resident Pharmacist at Bacchus Hospital in Norwich, VT (and it was near to Norwich, but also adjacent if you didn’t want to go Mohegan Sun). The room was very clean and modern and birthday. Breakfast was very good with hot items. We had watched TV early on yet when we returned that evening, we could not. The night front desk, arranged for us to have partial credit on our room without any hesitation. I would recommend the property.
