The Simsbury Inn

Booked 3-night stay at Simsbury hotel and it was almost perfect. Amazing staff, great heated pool and hot tub, free breakfast every morning, and an array of activities to choose from. Only thing that needs to be changed are the bathrooms would need a good redo. Otherwise, perfect.

I booked a 3-night stay for my mother (and her dog) at the Simsbury Inn and was delighted to hear the staff treated her like a queen: kind, courteous and very responsive. Her pet-friendly room was nice and comfortable and the food was great. Beautiful lobby and dining area to enjoy morning coffee and meals. But the real standout was exceptional service from Whitney at the front desk. So thoughtful and helpful. I’ll book again soon!

Without a doubt this facility has seen its better days. Stayed as recommended as very close to wedding venue sight. The decor and the worn furnishings show its very old age. The bathroom was something out of an old tourist home of the forties with a small bathtub / shower that would not drain and had no security hand rails. A toillet so small and low anyone with any kind of disability would be in trouble. Bedroom furniture was tired and worn as were the shades . One was actually torn.
