Comfort Inn Downtown DC/Conven

Great location and customer service is superb. Small and room is a bit small but its nice and comfortable size beds

Wasn’t the worst and not the best but served my purpose. Bed super comfy. Staff great. Nothing too off the charts

I stayed here over the Fourth of July weekend, using my frequent stay points. The place was busy with many foreign guests. The hotel is a bit away from the city’s main attractions and the nearest Metro station is a hike too. But Washington DC is well suited for walking, though it was exhausting in the very hot weather that I experienced. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The bedroom is spacious though the bathrooms are on the smaller side. Comfortable mattress, large TV screen with many channels, and a mini refrigerator. Room air conditioners. This is an old building. Breakfast is complimentary and offers a very good variety including fresh fruit - banana, orange and pear. This is a functional hotel in a safe neighborhood which meets the needs of a tourist.
