Comfort Inn & Suites Washington Dulles Airport

This Hotel will not follow honors benefits from Hilton. I spent a night on Sep 28-29. I have requested for late check out but Receptionist is named April, she said “no late check out, doesn’t care you are gold or diamond member from Hilton Honor. I only let you check out late with fee “ Not professional receptionist! Later of the morning, I have requested again for late check out with different receptionist and same result. Only with a fee for check out at 2:00 pm.

The place not clean it’s a big downgrade for a Hilton Be ware of extra charges

Park and stay near Dulles airport. Thanks for yournice shuttle to and from airport. Nice clean hotel.
