Our stay at the Hamilton Hotel in Washington, DC was amazing—as it has been for us for almost a decade! ❤️ We have made it a tradition to stay at the Hamilton around our anniversary, and every visit continues to create beautiful memories for us. This year was especially meaningful because we decided to invite family to join us during our stay. The staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcomed, but we want to give a very special thank you and shout-out to the bellsman. His kindness and thoughtfulness truly stood out. When our family came to visit, he noticed that we needed additional seating and went out of his way to find us a small table and chairs so that our family could comfortably sit together and enjoy our time. It may seem like a small gesture, but those are the moments that make a hotel stay feel personal and special. ❤️ His willingness to help, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality meant so much to us. He didn't have to go the extra mile—but he did, and we truly appreciate him! The Hamilton has become more than just a hotel for us. It has become part of our anniversary tradition and our family's memories, and we are grateful for the wonderful staff who continue to make each visit special. Thank you, Hamilton Hotel, for another amazing stay! And a very special thank you to the bellsman who helped make this year's anniversary celebration with our family even more memorable. Our first day at the hotel seemed like a disaster. We got changed to 3 different rooms before we just coughed it up as a loss, the last room the TV wouldn’t work, the mini bar fridge was locked, the fridge wasn’t cold and the toilet wasn’t mounted to the floor but again we just kept it. Tre was front desk first & he did what he could. Our last day here, I see some charges on my card that we weren’t sure what it was so my husband asked for the manager. Sabrina was so nice and helpful and apologized for the incident and made our last day truly memorable and spectacular. She’s the smile everyone deserves to see when you come here! Plus Jamie at the front desk was so kind, so nice and friendly. She explained the charges and what they did. She made sure all of our questions were answered and that we had a great last night. This hotel should have more staff members like Sabrina & Jamie. They deserve recognition for their hard work and dedication to their job. Thank you ladies for a fantastic night & God bless you both. Location was good, near the metro station, food places and historic parks. The lobby was very nice and it always smelled amazing every time you walked in. Sabrina the manager & Jamie at the front desk are the reason we stayed. I would recommend this hotel. For the most part, the noise level was not that bad, it was usually quiet. The dinner at Via Sophia was very pleasant and service was excellent! 10/10 recommend. Housekeeping was excellent as well. Made sure trash cans were clean and empty everyday, bed was made up every day as well.

It was such a good experience that we had in this hotel. Me and my son stayed for three nights in the hotel, and we loved.
