Hampton Inn Wash-Dulles Intl Airport South

The hotel was nice; quiet and the breakfast was Ok. The issue I had was contacting the hotel when I arrived at the airport to get the shuttle. Call the number and I received a message that the number wasn't accepting calls and the mailbox was full. I called again to verify. I have no idea why the hotel wasn't taking calls. I waited little over an hour and the shuttle finally arrived. I was considering a taxi as was another couple that was waiting.

The front desk is rude, they should really check their attitude if they work in a hospitality job. Especially those answering the phones.

It is convenient to Dulles airport, quiet and comfortable
