We traveled with a group of Girl Scouts ranging in age from 13-18. We stayed 6 nights. All of the front desk, concierge, and breakfast staff we encountered were so gracious not only dealing with our group but all the other groups of youth that were also staying. Group travel, with youth, presents a unique challenge of controlled chaos, big groups in lobby, laundry and hallways, and controlling noise levels. Your staff seemed to understand these and allowed us to set up family style eating in the lobby area, helped us when our flight was well after check out and we had a Capitol Tour in which we couldn’t take anything with us.
From greeting us in and out of the building and everything in between, I greatly appreciate the experience we’ve had at this location! Special shout out to Loriane at the front desk who created a little extra magic for us on our last day! Your staff are awesome!
