Hyatt Arlington

I took a trip to DC to propose to my girlfriend. The location of the hotel was perfect, the room was decent no complaints, just a hotel room. But what really made my stay at this location a 10/10 was the staff. I went to the front desk and told Polina that I was going to propose and I needed a couple favors. Polina was so amazing and personable. From the moment we started talking it felt like I was talking to a friend. Her energy, kindness, and enthusiasm made my entire experience 100x better. I am so grateful she was part of such an important and memorable moment for me. Her and 5 of the other staff members signed a card for us and had a bottle of champagne waiting in the room when we got back from dinner. Great customer service. Great staff. Polina is the MVP

Great experience checking in and out. Location is good and metro is very close by. Restaurants and Target and Safeway are real close too.

It was great, clean, professional, to the point and fyi $39, self park P1-P3 levels / day. Not bad. Good staff, good rooms, good location. Thank you. I recommend this location, though not near in walking distance to Whitehouse or nearby offices and attractions, it is a close enough location for most needs in the capital.
