Morrison Clark Hotel

contacted the Morrison-Clark Hotel before my stay, and from that very first interaction, Maria set an extraordinary standard for hospitality. I have traveled throughout the United States and around the world, and I can honestly say that I have never encountered a front-desk professional quite like Maria. She could teach a master class in customer service. She was gracious, attentive, knowledgeable, and committed to ensuring that every detail was handled with care—even before I arrived at the hotel. That exceptional service continued throughout our stay. I reserved five rooms, and every member of the team—from the front desk and housekeeping staff to the restaurant team and bell staff—was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. Their collective commitment to excellence made our entire experience memorable. The Morrison-Clark Hotel has earned my highest recommendation and will now be my home away from home whenever I am in Washington, D.C. Maria, thank you for setting the standard before I ever walked through the hotel’s doors. You and the entire Morrison-Clark team demonstrated hospitality at its very best. Excellence is not simply promised at Morrison-Clark—it is delivered.

The location, atmosphere and customer service were excellent. The staff was always attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was great. I should mention Ms Ghonwa at the front desk that made it all happen. Thank you so much for all you did. The Morrison clark will be, going forward, our top choice while visiting DC.

I am an experienced traveler who has been all over the world... Although this is a small hotel, it was one of the finest. Its beautiful historic decor and architecture, cleanliness, professional staff and location made our stay a wonderful experience... Especially for the surprisingly affordable price. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting to Washington DC area.
