I found cockroaches on the bed . There was spit/ other body fluids on the TV and area around the TV and there was excruciating smell and stench in the room. There were shady people living in the other rooms and walking in the hallway. I left the room as soon as I checked in and the manager refused to give me arrefund.

This had to be the worst Hotel I've ever stayed in.

First of all, the person who served me was one of the worst I've ever encountered. Second, the bed was completely falling apart and full of smelly cockroaches. But above all, the service was awful; they don't need to be a 5-star hotel to treat people well.
