Ocean Lodge

We stayed at this location for one night on 6/23 to be with our son in Florida for a surgical procedure. What a wonderful find online! More like a airbnb location. Communication via messaging worked great - thankfully I found their messages under my junk folder within an hour of our arrival! Our room was nicely remodeled. You can tell this use to be a older motor lodge, but the family that owns this property has done a wonderful job of improvements. We noticed several nice seating areas outside, our room was very clean and comfortable. Truly appreciate the information provided on how to go to the beach from this location. We enjoyed the walk, and was blessed to see a green sea turtle return to the ocean the day of our departure. If we have need to be in the Boca Raton area again, if this property is available we will be booking it!

Ocean Lodge was a great place to stay. I was in town for business, and it was super convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable. Easy to access. I asked for a downstairs room, and they obliged. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that, upon arrival, the bathroom floor didn't seem to have been swept properly. There was some debris on the floor. But other than that I would definitely book it again!

pros - location, beach, pool, comply beds, staff was nice and easy with accommodations and parking lot. cons - our room was outdated and smelled staled, kitchen cabinets were falling apart, and microwave door was wabbly. no lock on bathroom door and bathroom facet handles faced different directions which was weird. could not use iron because whatever was on it would renin your clothes. air conditioner placement faced entrac
