Camelot Resort

One of the best places I have ever stayed. Very spacious room, kitchen with all amenities (many kitchen utensils, refrigerator, stove, oven, ice, toaster, spices, everything necessary for cooking). Very comfortable beds, impeccable cleanliness, several accessories to take to the beach (chairs, sun hats, towels, sunscreen...), several floats to use in the pool. The pool has warm water and it's spectacular. Sun loungers and hats always available, possibility to eat at tables next to the pool. A very short distance from a wonderful beach. A 7-Eleven across the street. Free parking. It was an incredible stay! Thank you! I just didn't like not having cold water in the taps.

I have been coming here since 2018. Never had an issue til this year. When we arrived pull out bed was dirty and had dirty sheet on it and the queen bed had stained bedding. The stove only had two burners that worked and oven would turn off in middle of being used. When I left to check out I took out all the trash and made sure everything was in order. I did not make the beds as they should be stripped for cleaning. I also told house keeping I had some extra ice cream and waffles I didn’t want to throw away. Offered for them to have and some bread. They said they would take it to leave it in the room. After my departure I was called stating we had damaged something that wasn’t damaged when we left and they stated that the room was not in good shape.They were charging a fee. I honestly think that it pure laziness on house keeping and management as the room was not left in bad shape. They need to actually clean after a week stay. I didn’t know I had to deep clean unit before leaving to making it easier on housekeeping staff to do their job. It’s very bad business. The price you’re paying for a room here you can get an apartment for a week with more amenities and better service. Highly disappointed and would not recommend staying at this location.

Staff was was wonderful, compassionate and accommodating each day of our stay. They even helped figure out a situation when my 10 year old son who has mental health issues was struggling with the may flies and let us enter a room until ours was ready.
