Executive Royal Inn Clewiston

I want to let you know that this hotel, even if it is passing through for work reasons, is a lack of respect, its treatment is poor, the communication with the client and the service is fatal, the price is expensive regarding the conditions and the treatment of the client nor speak through a window with an opening that does not fit even the hand to give the card that incidentally they charge what does not correspond and they do not have education or professional ethics to treat the client, they should close it, other things should not exist in a A country as developed as the USA and even mad that they speak a language !!

The sign says new rooms, the only thing new was the flat screen tv. The bathroom was dirty with dead bugs, there were stains on the sheets, pillow case and bed spread. You couldn't control the speed on the air conditioner so you were either hot or freezing with the air blowing directly on your head. Slept in my clothes. It was too late at night to go anywhere else.

The sign says "new rooms" - but the only thing that's new is the paint on the outside of this motel!! As I was very tired from a long drive, I accepted. They charged me $ 50.00 for this little-bitty room = this could be considered as recketeering!! The room was in very bad condition!! And: No phone, no ice-machine - but at least the WiFi worked fine. Neighbor next door was cooking = I smelled every item of his ingredients!! And I heard everything they said! (especially the TV) If you want my advice: There are some other motels in town = try them...!
