Best Western Cocoa Inn

Clean dated room no furniture. Bed was comfortable. Drapes broke won't close, door trim hacked up, no close restaurants. Just off I95.

This little hotel is a diamond in the rough. We are actually locals, but my family and I frequent this place just for a little weekend staycation & access to a pool. We couldn’t be happier about it. Rooms are always clean, showers are HOT, and the staff is phenomenal. Karan, at the front desk, is the best. Whatever they are paying him, they need to up it! He has gone above and beyond on several occasions, including happily bringing us extra pillows, toothpaste when we forgot it, and simply coming by when I couldn’t figure out the tv controls. He is so thoughtful and kind. The continental breakfast is nice. Not five star, by any means, it is a continental breakfast at a hotel after all. But the food is good and there is a decent variety that is acceptable to even my 8 year old daughter. The pool is great, too. Reasonable pool hours, I believe it closes at 8 or 9 pm. My daughter loves going and getting out that extra energy with a good swim session. Most TVs on property are either Roku tvs or have Apple AirPlay, so you can easily stream from your phone. The regular cable they have also has HBO channels and Showtime. So that is pretty neat. Despite some of the other reviews, I haven’t seen a single bug here, nor have I seen any inkling of filth. It’s clean, it’s an affordable stay, beds are comfy, and the staff is very welcoming. All in all 10/10 for me. Thank you all for your fantastic service. P.S. Give Karan a raise. He deserves it. :)

My wife and I stay in one room and when you walked into the room you could smell mold you couldn't see it the smell was there we went to bed got up early got in the shower and the floors were so dirty that the bottom of the shower was covered in mud. Then in my brother in laws room smelled like someone had been breeding cats 🐈 😻 in their we all left that morning got on the cruise 🛳 ship and I've been sick ever since that day running a fever, nose running and coughing up flem been taking everything i can think 🤔 of we were there the night of 5/16/2026 and now it's the night of 5/21/2026
