THE INN AT COCOA BEACH

A very good 'adults only' hotel. The only qualms we had was that the rooms are on the small side, for instance if you were in the bathroom and someone pushed the door open, more than likely you'd get knocked over. Breakfast was also on the light side. An egg frittata and two pieces of toast wasn't quite enough. The pool was nice and the proximity to the ocean was fantastic. Thought the "honor bar" system was rather interesting, but I suppose when dealing with strictly adults it works. There is plenty of shopping nearby, whether you want food or souvenirs or both. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there. It was quiet and very relaxing and would definitely recommend it to older adults seeking a peaceful vacation, without a bunch of kids running around. The front desk is also very helpful/friendly. It has like an old mom and pop vibe, and I don't mean that in a cruel way, it's meant as a compliment!

We reserved a room for one night to celebrate our anniversary, and we enjoyed this lovely, quaint, adults-only retreat so much that we stayed a second night. The staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout our stay. Something to be aware of when booking is one wing of the hotel does not have an elevator. If you have difficulty with stairs, be sure to request a room in the wing that does. Also, the only ice machine is located up one flight of stairs in the wing without an elevator, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Even with that minor inconvenience, this hotel easily deserves 5 stars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most likely happily return.

What a find in Cocoa Beach!!! Beautiful, quint Inn that reminded us of our days in Europe. The rooms are not your typical hotel furniture, which made it so charming. Check in with Stephanie was pleasant and she went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Evening “happy hour” was just the right amount so you were ready for dinner out and the honor bar system had a great variety of drinks to choose from. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. We will definitely be back for a longer stay next time!!!
