Hilton Vac Club I-drive

The hotel itself is an amazing location to Disney. It was nice to have something nearby, but not in the midst of everything Disney. The location was ideal with shopping and other food places nearby. The rooms were set up to be similar to that of an apartment, so that was nice for something different. Comfortable beds and felt clean. Staff was friendly when checking in, and process went smoothly. They had a text messaging system so it was convenient to have that feature to get a quick response to any questions or something needed. Kids enjoyed the pool, and it was nice that the location to the pool was very close to our hotel room. Areas that could have been better was with housekeeping. When we arrived to the room we did not have any hand soap. We just ended up having to request for some and they brought it within a few hours. We were there for 5 days and never once had housekeeping come to visit the room. So the trash started to pile up and we ended up having to ask for additional towels and toilet paper. I felt like it would have been nice to have housekeeping come at least just once or twice, but maybe that's just not a thing they do. I did reach out and ask about the housekeeping and the person said they would look into it, but then I never heard anything back. But overall, recommend for a nice stay.

Bad everything, no collaboration to accommodations for ADA and no support to amenities promised, sadly last time for me

The staff are very welcoming and they have great hospitality especially Marwa and the manager Katelyn who let us check out at 12 PM instead of 10 AM
