Hilton Vac Club Seaworld

Hilton honors member for many years- Called to ask a few questions about how to use points and free night bonus and was transferred to the ‘vacation club’- been there done that, so I knew what to ask- bought the package based on a lie- after a supervisor reviewed the call, I was correct but they wouldn’t honor what was said- they blamed it on those “overzealous salespeople” (which was my profession for over 40 years)- bumped from diamond to gold in April, and now this… thanks Hilton!

Room had a damp odor, bathroom shower tile damaged and molded corners, roaches in kitchen and bedroom. Ones outside elevator are tolerable but not inside

First off, I will say that the location is good for the convention center. We were there for a volleyball tournament. The rooms are large, and it's convenient to have a kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. The lighted mirrors were nice. The smaller pool is clean and peaceful. The grounds are well-kept. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful. Dislikes: the room smelled really musty. The water smells like sulphur. The decor is really dated- granite that looks 20 years old, dated cabinets, popcorn walls and ceiling, ugly shower. The bed is SO hard and uncomfortable- worst hotel bed ever. I would probably not return.
