Portofino Bay At Universal

Absolutely beautiful place, we stayed here for 2 nights as part of our Florida trip. Everything was clean, tidy and smelt gorgeous. Perfect stay from start to finish!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

If you’re looking for a luxury resort stay with outstanding customer service, this hotel is a must! Our girls love the theme parks so we travel to Orlando each year to have well deserved time together. To make this year even more memorable, we decided to book 10 nights at Portofino Bay for my husband’s birthday treat. Wow! From the moment we checked in, the staff were friendly, helpful and treated us so well. We were introduced to our VIP Manager Matthew who was on hand to support our stay. He was an angel sent from heaven! What an exceptional service. Nothing was too much trouble and him and the team helped us make core memories for life. To this day we talk about how we could get another Matthew in our lives! We managed to tip everyone who made our stay memorable but our only regret was we couldn’t find Matthew to thank him personally before we left. The pool areas are themed and we ate at the resort pool most days between park visits. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. The food is great and the cocktails are first class! The villa pool was beautifully quiet if you needed a moment to step away from the stimulation of everything a resort like this offers. Water taxis were plentiful and security was tight. We had a gorgeous room with a balcony overlooking the lake and having takeaway breakfast from the coffee shop on site every morning on our balcony was a real highlight. We never stop talking about how this holiday was so good and we’ll absolutely return based on the service we had. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special. We will be back!

This is honestly the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. We loved it. The views of the whole complex made us feel we were in Italy and it was simply stunning. Tge pool areas are beautiful, family used the gym and we had drinks around the complex. The rooms are huge and beautiful and honestly could not say a bad work about our experience over the 3 days we stayed. Will definitely book again.
