Very Bad .. do not stay there… Parking terrible… Ocean front.. Bad as it gets.. the Door had an inch gap at the top and would not shut completely without kicking it.. did not feel safe and didn’t sleep.. one night was too much!!!

Checked in and left within 15 minutes, walked into the room found cockroaches, water running down the wall from the A/C and mold, bed sheets were dirty and stains. Shower had a big pile of white stuff. Not a hotel it's a extended stay. No parking unless you park 3 deep and they will wake you up to let someone out. Refuse to give a refund.

My friends and I had booked a room for a girls' weekend and were looking forward to our stay. Unfortunately, on the day we were scheduled to check in, one of my friend's fathers experienced a medical emergency and was rushed into surgery. We called the hotel immediately to cancel our reservation due to these unforeseen circumstances. What happened next was deeply disappointing. When my friend, who was dealing with her father's medical crisis, called to explain the situation, she was treated rudely and was cursed at by the hotel representative. Because she was understandably distraught, another friend called on her behalf, only to receive the same treatment. Our group has stayed at this property before and had always been satisfied with the accommodations and service. However, this experience was completely unacceptable. Regardless of a hotel's cancellation policy, guests should never be subjected to disrespectful or abusive language, especially during a family medical emergency. Because of the way we were treated, our group will not be returning to this establishment, nor will we recommend it to others. We hope management takes this matter seriously and addresses it to ensure no future guests have a similar experience.
